Same sex couples now have the same rights in the workplace as their hetro-sexual collegues. They work just as hard, and until now have not been treated fairly. For my design, I chose to represent the reforms to the workplace laws with the image of two ties intertwining to form the number 37.

I am proud that these law reforms finally move my country out of the dark ages, proud that we are starting to recognise each and every one of us as equals. Proud that my work mates will be treated to the same entitlements as me.
