Stressball

These workplace reforms give same-sex couples the same rights as opposite-sex couples. This means they no longer having to worry about being paid for things like parental leave, compassionate leave and carer’s leave. To me, it’s like providing stress relief to same-sex couples. So I recreated the familiar office stress reliever – ‘the rubber band stress ball’ – using a rainbow of rubber bands, to show the stress relief these reforms bring to the diverse LGBT working community.
