Workplace rights and entitlements should be balanced. You work you get rewarded, same-sex or heterosexual. Obviously the balance is off. Hopefully these reforms will enforce equality in the workplace environment and beyond. Our design is about same-sex and heterosexuals needing to work together to make sure these reforms are respected and enforced.
