Prior to the introduction of law no. 18 public servants in same sex relationships experienced extreme prejudice. They were literally punished financially, which naturally led to them hiding their true selves. Now with the introduction of law no. 18 same sex couples receive the same legal treatment as heterosexual couples and can come together without anyprejudice. Something that should be celebrated.
